Make and Play

Description

This book contains six units based on the music of Africa, Brazil, China, Spain, the United Stares and New Zealand.  Each unit contains a step-by-step pictorial guide that clearly illustrates how to make simple instruments like the authentic ones of the featured country.  Each unit also contains a play based on an authentic folktale indigenous to the area, along with music to be performed with the play.  The music introduces your students to new and exciting vocal literature while showcasing the instruments they have made.
